Chatbot fournissant des informations en temps réel aux voyageurs TGV INOUI.

Problème
Fournir aux voyageurs une information en temps réel, accessible à tout moment via un canal conversationnel.
Solution
Chatbot développé dans le cadre du produit conversationnel Information Voyageurs de SNCF Connect & Tech, sur la plateforme Tock.
Architecture
- Plateforme conversationnelle Tock et composants NLP.
- Backend Java / Kotlin, API REST, MongoDB.
- Déploiement conteneurisé Kubernetes sur AWS, CI/CD GitLab et Jenkins.
